iPlay Harbour Town was easy to locate right near the cinemas and in amongst 'eat street'. Super helpful and friendly staff! All the machines were working!! Had zero wait time (choice of visit time obvs)! So much fun for young and the young at heart!

Unfortunately, this time, I'm going to have to go with a 3 star rating. I enjoy a good arcade from time to time, and I do like iplay and have been to a lot of iplay arcades around Brisbane and Gold Coast but unfortunately the one at harbour town is lacking a lot especially being in such a big shopping centre and hot spot. This iplay is very small and does not have many arcade machines to choose from, and a lot of them were out of order or in very poor functioning order which doesn't allow for a good experience and you feel like you aren't getting your money's worth. Most of the games are extremely short too only lasting 20 seconds or so, which isn't very good at all. Definitely needs some improvements made, more machines, more maintenance on the current machines, and overall just needs to be bigger. Probably wouldn't go again. If you are a big arcade fan, then try another place nearby that is bigger and offers more machines.

Perfect plan to celebrate your kids birthdays. Convenient location next to the cinemas. They offer group packages at reasonable price. The only downside is that the venue is a bit small.
