What I wanted VS. What I got. I’ll never be back here again. I’m better off going to my favorite nail tech who moved to surprised. I guess this is what happens when you accept convenience over quality. I’m sure the photos speak for themselves. What I got at iPolish Nail Bar included bulky, wonky, wide bubbly shaped nails, don’t even get me started on the design that Kevin said he could do.. (I’m sure for the extra money) but in reality he couldn’t, he had to erase it several times before it came out decent enough for me to accept it. I’m dissatisfied and I will NEVER come back. My advice is stay away from the designs or avoid this place altogether because even the shape was terrible as you can see. I wish I could give 0 stars. I always find it funny how they never offer any discounts when they screw up. The best they could do was not charge me for the design which should’ve been the case regardless because he could only do it on 2 fingers…. I digress maybe I should dispute this with my bank due to the fact that this took 3 HOURS and I’m not even satisfied.
