I previously attended this gym and decided not to continue due to multiple issues with the personal training services. Sometime afterward, I received a promotional text message, which prompted me to document my earlier experience. The trainers name is Alex (updated due to response from business below), the same trainer mentioned in another review. During my training period, a miscommunication occurred, and the trainer responded in a manner I found unprofessional. Although text messages later confirmed that the misunderstanding was not on my part, the situation felt unnecessarily tense. The trainer also missed several scheduled sessions and provided inconsistent reasons for the absences. I was refunded for only one missed session. There was an additional instance where the trainer left the gym during a scheduled session while I was still exercising. Overall, the conduct did not meet expectations for professionalism, punctuality, or client communication. Also, the bathrooms were never clean. This can be confirmed through other reviews left on Google. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this trainer or this gym. Edit: There seems to be an attempt to bury reviews. Therefore, I will edit this review on a weekly basis so that it remains visible. Please stay away from this gym and any other personal trainers who intimidate their clients.
If you want to get that work in, this is the place! Everyone is working out, not on their phones or in pjs like other gyms! Alex is amazing, he has been helping me thought my weight-loss journey and I couldn't be happier, with already shown results.
Good friendly atmosphere, its usually not as busy when I go in to do my workouts so I dont have to be waiting for a machine to be available. It feels more private and comfortable compared to the other Gyms I've been to.
Iron Arms is legit I was here before the remodeling. Amazing gym gotta give credit when credit is due nothing is built over time and he’s crushing it at the moment!!!! Everyone hating doesn’t understand the time nd effort he has already been doing to remodel!!! Gym is amazing!! Can’t wait till he’s done remodeling everything. Always remember the Rome Empire wasn’t build in one day !!!! 🔥🔥🔥
I want to share my thoughts on the gym. On the positive side, the workout environment is excellent and truly top-notch. However, there are areas that need attention. First, a gym owner's attitude and interactions with members can significantly impact the overall experience. Rudeness or an inflated ego can be off-putting to members. Second, the cleanliness of the bathrooms needs improvement. While I understand it's an old-school gym, maintaining a certain level of hygiene is essential. Finally, it's important to emphasize the value of customers and members. They are the foundation of any successful business, and their satisfaction should be a priority.
