ITS is the best CPA we've ever worked with, by far! Kunal and Sanel are not only very professional, with excellent attention to important details, they are also genuinely kind people who have made all of our business and personal tax business much easier and more pleasant than anticipated. Their portal is very user friendly and secure, which is essential for working with such sensitive documentation (and yet one of our prior CPAs just emailed us our tax returns, full SSNs and all, without even password protecting them?!?! which just makes us appreciate ITS's portal so much more). They did raise their prices for tax prep recently, but they have saved us more in taxes due over the years than the cost of the increase, and their knowledge, advice, attention to detail, and professionalism is well worth the extra cost in stress and anxiety saved. In addition to doing an excellent job with our annual tax preparation and filing for the past few years, they have also amended returns for us that our prior CPAs had made major errors on, and Kunal, our tax attorney, expertly guided us through an Offer in Compromise (OIC) for some prior tax years as well. Throughout all of this, they have gone above and beyond our expectations, their communication is consistently clear and timely, and they have done it all with incredible kindness and understanding, which has been absolutely invaluable.
