We Love Isabel’s Grooming. We have been coming for years and have also brought our family’s dogs too! They’re a small family business with amazing customer service. My dogs Jefa and Lady love coming! They do a great job and we are able to schedule an appointment within a day or two!

I booked a grooming appointment for my Pomeranian a week in advance, but on the day of, they changed the appointment time an hour later without asking. I was told she would be ready by 3 PM, but when I arrived, the staff seemed confused and acted like they didn’t even know my dog was there. When I asked, the woman pointed to the ground where my dog was and told me she wasn’t ready, with a rude attitude, and said she would call me when she was finished. They close at 4, yet I didn’t get a call until 4:10. I was originally quoted $80, but when I arrived, the price had suddenly changed to $88. I paid with $100 in twenties, and the woman actually asked if I needed change and then asked how much of a tip I wanted to leave which felt extremely unprofessional after the poor service, lost work time, and multiple trips. The grooming itself was disappointing and not worth the hassle. They put bright blue bows on my female Pomeranian that looked sloppy and out of place, almost like a piñata. To make things worse, when my friend recently tried to book with the same groomer to give her another chance since she had groomed my dog before the groomer complained about my previous review and said she didn’t want to groom my dog anymore. That kind of retaliation is unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, the lack of communication, rude customer service, surprise pricing, poor results, and now refusing service over honest feedback made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I normally tip for good service, but this time, it was absolutely not deserved.

Ive taken my dog Roxy to Isabel's Grooming to get her nails cut 3 times already. The staff is very friendly and takes care of our Roxy everytime. I took her today for a bath and brush and nails cut. They did a fantastic job on her and she smells amazing. Totally would recommend them

Our pups always come home looking great and happy, which says a lot. We trust them completely and would definitely recommend Isabel’s Grooming to anyone looking for a solid, reliable groomer.

My husband and I regularly take our three little chihuahuas here for their monthly nail trimming and grooming; the staff here always take great care of our girls. One of our girls has high anxiety with nail trimming, but they are very skilled and professional. You can really tell that they care and love what they do. 10/10 highly recommend Isabel's! They are wonderful ❤️
