Taking the RYT200 yoga teacher training at It's Yoga was the best decision I've made for myself probably ever. I've never had this high level of quality of yoga class from so many different teachers. I've learned so much from each of them outside of YTT. The attention to each individual and application of both science and yoga traditions is incomparable. Everyone is so welcoming and nonjudgmental it makes for such a fun place to learn and challenge yourself. I've grown SO much physically, mentally, and emotionally. I will for sure be returning to the studio to keep up with my personal practice!

This is a fabulous studio. I completed a 200 hour teacher training here and it changed my practice and my life for the better. I have always been naturally inclined towards yoga, but ignorance of anatomy and lack of depth in my practice kept me from progressing much until I trained at It’s Yoga. The training is intense and goes deeper than most other 200 hour teacher trainings and will improve anyone’s practice. I now know how to safely practice and tech yoga, and am gaining mobility, strength and a sense of self I never imagined possible.

My favorite, favorite, favorite yoga studio I've ever been to. Every instructor and fellow student I've met here has been incredibly kind and welcoming. Student pricing is competitive and the best value I've found anywhere! The studio has a great environment and I'm able to relax and be fully invested in my yoga practice even when Ludlow Ave gets busier with evening traffic outside. Will continue coming here even after I move out of Clifton area.

I sat there, laying on my yoga mat, wondering if I was doing it right… short answer, no! I decided to make the leap a couple weeks ago and become good at yoga, despite the fact that weeks later I would still be considered bad. Fortunately for me, I have teachers like Indu and Amy, and a handful of others who are amazing. On Wednesday night there is beginners yoga which I HIGHLY recommend if you’re like me. The teacher is kind and welcoming, the best possible combination. Thursday night is Yin, which is slow and meditative. If I were you, which if you’re reading this means you most likely are getting a feel for this place, I encourage your action. Take the leap, come learn from a teacher, find a community, find yourself, then go wander… Hope to see you on the mat. My name is Ben and I like to smile and laugh. If you see me, I very well might be doing one of those two things!
