Ivan is hands-down one of the best event suppliers—and at this point, planners—I’ve ever worked with. Extremely reliable, insanely resourceful, and genuinely handles everything A–Z. If there’s something you need, he has a guy for it. Two days before our event, rain suddenly became a real concern. I mentioned it to Ivan, and without hesitation, he had it completely handled—no stress, no back and forth. Then on the day of the event, we expanded the guest count last minute. I contacted Ivan at 1 PM for an additional large tent for a 7 PM start… and somehow, he made it happen. No excuses. No panic. Just execution. Ivan is the literal definition of clutch. Calm under pressure, easy to work with, and someone you can fully trust when it matters most. 10/10 — would recommend without hesitation.
