Stopped in J David quick today to get my ring repaired. They were able to tighten my diamond quickly and Maelei was so helpful with my chain. Highly recommend!

There is a reason this place has so many five-star reviews. We will not go anywhere else. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, especially during a very busy time of year. They took the time to carefully look at a bracelet issue and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. My boyfriend was so impressed by how we were treated, he had me look at engagement rings while we were there. I know he won't go anywhere else when it comes time to move forward. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. It is clear they genuinely care about their customers and their work. We highly recommend them and are grateful for the experience we had with them!

Had a bracelet repaired twice. Everyone is very professional and the service was super quick. Happy that I found a jeweler I can trust. I will be returning in the near future to purchase an engagement ring and I have no doubt that efforts will go above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring.

I called in advance and asked if they could help size a watch I was gifted and was not purchased from them. They were very willing to help and was very kind and generous by not charging me for the service! Thank you and anyone considering this place should 100% build their buying relationship with them, they went above and beyond for the littlest thing which goes to show how much more they'd do for something more.

I always have the best experience here! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they truly go above and beyond. MaeLei is amazing at helping my boyfriend and I find EXACTLY what we love- she really listens and understands our style. She’s outgoing, patient, and always willing to help, whether we’re just browsing or seriously shopping.🩷 The jeweler is also fantastic and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
