I have been in twice recently, once for a gift for my daughter's best friend and once to have a locket fixed. They exchanged my necklace with no issue, and the girls were so sweet to help us find the perfect necklace as a gift. They even wrapped it up with a cute bow. Win-win! The boutique has tons of cute outfits.
Ladies were super helpful, let me have space when needed but made sure I felt I could ask any questions that needed answering. They even did an amazing job wrapping it quickly.
I went into the store to redeem my birthday reward. This was my first time leaving the house in a month since my son recently passed, and I had my heart set on this bracelet. The staff was so kind and attentive, making it a truly pleasant experience. I even decided to get my mom the matching silver bracelet.
