I ordered a Castle with slide bounce house for my kids’ birthday party. Delivery was literally right on time, quick and easy. We had it all day from 8am until way past the end of our party. The kids absolutely loved it and jumped on it even after all their friend’s had gone home. It was nice that we didn’t have to be present for pick up and that payment happened at delivery. I would 1000% recommend Jack & Jill for the affordable price alone, but the service is also a huge bonus!

This was our first time using Jack and Jill, as our usual bounce house rental go-to did not have what we were looking for on the day we needed it. Honestly, I’m so happy with how things worked out, as Jack and Jill was amazing to work with! Great communication, early to setup, and even waited for us to DoorDash a longer hose, as we were a few feet short on ours! Overall, they were extremely friendly, had great customer service and the kids had an absolute blast! Jack and Jill may have just become our new go-to!

Jack and Jill came in clutch with a last-minute booking when another company stopped responding, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They were professional, prompt, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The bounce house was in excellent condition, clean, and sturdy, providing hours of fun for both the kids and adults. It was an awesome party addition and the highlight of the event. Everyone had a blast. I truly appreciated their excellent service and attention to detail. We ordered Big Red, tables and chairs for my son’s graduation party. The bounce house was a huge hit with all of the partygoers and the kiddos from 1.5 years old to 18+ had a blast! Justin was incredibly responsive and communicative, well organized and detailed. Highly recommend!
