Well, I went there for 2 Tacos. I waited until 20 minutes ago by, then I walked up to the counter. The lady asked, Are you ready to order.. All of the girls in back we're talking a lot and laughing, while I waited. I saw about 15 -18 Tacos, ready to go, on there warmer. I'm not sure why it took so long. I won't be back to this location. Mykeaya D , is a failure. Bad service.

Stopped here on my lunch break around 11:15 AM with a coworker and had one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I urgently needed to use the restroom, so while my coworker was actively ordering our food, I asked for the restroom code. I explained that we were ordering and I just needed to use the restroom first. The young woman working the front register/order screen with long dark hair told me I had to purchase something first. I repeated that my coworker was literally in the middle of ordering my food and asked again for the code, and was told the order had to fully process first because “it’s policy.” So instead of using basic judgment and common sense with two obvious paying customers, they refused to let me use the restroom until the transaction fully cleared. I ended up having to run to the gas station next door just to use the restroom so I wouldn’t have an accident. That is ridiculous, unnecessary, and honestly just poor customer service. We were actively ordering food, not trying to use the restroom for free. There was no reason to make something that simple that difficult. Policy is one thing. Refusing basic human courtesy and basic common sense is another.

Why say 24/7 if they not going to serve after 10pm and then make you wait 45mins for a refund

Last night I got off work and asked for salsa for the tacos, and they gave me ketchup and ranch. It bothers me that they don't pay attention; the food was freezing cold. I lost $20, but they lost me as a customer. I'll never eat at Jack in Box again.
