I have been here three times and the staff were always friendly and patient. I had great experience with Ray today who help me prepare my meal while I was battling with APP order. Will definitely recommend if you want good fast food experience.

I came here on 11/30 and some dude in a shower cap screamed at me after asking what my order was. He postured himself like he wanted to fight me, took his red shirt off leaving a black under shirt only on. Once I said we can fight if he wants he cried and ran inside muttering “I hate my job” and I’m pretty sure once he went inside the girl who took my order with “baby girl” on her bottom kissed him on the forehead and held him. I don’t know what you guys have going on here but I will not be returning to Jack in the box ever. Crazy experience

Came here after a 12 hour shift at 2 o’clock in the morning. Told the gentleman cooking my food “thank you, I appreciate it” just to get a response of “don’t talk to me, get out of here”. I then asked for a refund and was told they could not process it. I don’t want somebody like that with that type of attitude to touch my food. He was a 25 to 35 year old light skinned African-American about 6 feet tall. I have been coming to this Jack-in-the-Box for the last 15 years and definitely will not be back until I have confirmation This person no longer works for Jack in the box and at least does not work at this location. To want a little piece of comfort after a long days work and still have the energy to be nice to someone and say thank you for making my food, it’s extremely disheartening to be met with that kind of response for simply showing my appreciation. Also, would like to point out the young lady working was extremely nice and helpful. We had a long conversation before my food was ready about a variety of things. She agreed that was extremely rude and uncalled for. She previously mentioned that she was new to that location and I believe that was the reason why she could not process the refund. Not her fault at all, and I believe she should be rewarded for the way she acted.

I don't review fast food very often because usually it is what it is.. not great but good enough. Sometimes, however, I have an experience that is noteworthy, either positive or negative. This JitB was a pleasant surprise, particularly because of the service. The food was as good as can be expected, hot, fresh, properly prepared, and tasty. Unfortunately, one of the people in my group decided to try something new, a chicken sandwich, and was reminded why they don't order chicken.. not because there was a problem with the order, but because they don't like condiments on chicken. Even though it was a long shot, they asked if they could exchange it for a small burger, and the manager was surprisingly accommodating. No eye rolling, no sighing, only a smile and a burger OF THE SAME VALUE, not just a small. I consider that going above and beyond expectations, particularly at a fast food restaurant, and deserves kudos. Thank you!

We were greeted kindly on entering & asked if we needed help with the menu we were trying to order on the app but was having technical difficulties. She tried to work with us to get the deals from the application which I was very appreciative of. Location could benefit from a deep clean but was not filthy by any means. Our food came out hot and you definitely get a good amount of food and variety for the price paid. I do not recommend the tacos, not sure why they have so many options to get these tacos in a large quantity but others must like them more than we did. I found them tasteless, dry, hard, and greasy. Other than that it was quick, filling, budget friendly decent food.
