I have been exercising regularly with Jackie since she started her bootcamp over a year ago and years before that when she taught Saturday classes only. Jackie is an incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating instructor. Her classes are perfect for all levels of participants and ages from beginners to veterans and in-between exercisers. Classes focus on aerobics, strength training and stretching. Safety is a major focus as she starts each class with a warmup and ends with cool down stretching exercises. I appreciate her careful approach and close supervision during our sessions to point out correct technique and form to maximize our training and prevent injuries. The clientele are a range of ages, fitness levels, and body types, so I have always felt really comfortable in class. Jackie always offers modifications for people at different fitness levels, people who are pregnant, and any of us with injuries. She gives each person individual attention to help us reach our fitness goals and to workout in a way that is safe for our bodies. I love that Jackie is still offering classes outdoors so I don't have to think about any COVID-concerns while I am there. I highly recommend checking Jackie out for her classes or for 1-on-1 training!
