I have only praise and appreciation for all of the staff here. The front office team are friendly, helpful, and always do their best to schedule me far out to get ahead of booked up schedules. I love the waitlist updates being sent via text on weeks there are limited appointments that don't work with my personal schedule. It's a great touch. I've worked with Jessica and Pat for various needs. As a complex client, they have both been immensely kind, caring, thorough, and determined to actually get results. The improvements I have gotten here are worth more than five stars. The experience there is always friendly and welcoming. It's clear everyone the entire staff cares a lot about what they do and enjoys their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Bay Area for PT.

I loved the treatment I got at Renew Physical Therapy. Pat was my therapist and was super knowledgeable and helped me with my chronic lower back pain. They addressed the root causes of my pain including my posture and weak transverse abdominal muscles. They gave me gentle exercises to target my transverse abdominal area and correct my posture.

Having experienced physical therapy off and for almost 8 years, I have seen good and bad physical therapy. Renew PT is by far and away the best I have worked with. The front people were wonderful; special thanks to Adelle who worked wonders with the schedule. I worked with three therapists, two men, one woman and all of them were thorough and supportive. I was pushed, which I wanted since that is how you improve, but never pushed beyond my limits. Strongly recommend.

My experience at Renew Physical Therapy was fantastic, and having “graduated” from my visits a month ago, it’s clear to me that my back problems have subdued and are in the most controlled state they’ve been in years. I was paired with Josh who I trusted almost immediately, and after a few sessions it was clear he was a good match for me and great PT in general. He was able to be almost casual or informal, while being professional at the same time. He took the time to get to know me and my issues, and his knowledge about the subject was evident. I was impressed and will be forever thankful. The facility administrators were also great. I incorrectly documented one of my appointments and ended up accidentally no-showing, but instead of getting annoyed or charging a fee, they worked with me to reschedule quickly and efficiently. They were kind and personable, and I also really liked how quickly they responded to text messages. It may not seem like a big deal but it was also convenient that there were always parking options outside too. I would strongly recommend this business. And while I hope I don’t have a reason to go back, it’s comforting knowing they’re close by.
