We have large dogs with thick coats. Jackie and her take exceptional care of them. The dogs love it there and always look amazing after their appointments.

Jackie and staff are way more than extraordinary people.they went way above and beyond anything that I can even imagine. They provided love, advice and lodging for my injured pup during the critical stage of Jorge's recovery. Miss Jackie even sent us to her long time friend and veterinarian,Maria Curtis at the Eastside Pet Clinic, at absolutely no cost to me. I recommend that everyone involved in Jorges recovery be put up for a higher echelon of sainthood. I will be forever greatfull. Thank you, Dale lofgren

Excellent care and excellent grooming, my dog was always so clean and they were very good at handling her despite her being so fearful! Really awesome prices as well! I only put 3 stars because it is very loud and a bit chaotic, enough that my dog was so overwhelmed that I don't want to bring her back. I went straight to the back room once and everything seemed fine, the were taking great care of the dogs. Just too chaotic for my sensitive dog.
