Jeanette is really amazing! I had a really great experience here! I recommend Jack's Tax Service. The best part of my experience was that I was able to do everything through the app. I was really impressed with the urgency and time spent here!

I did my own taxes inaccurately 3 years ago and was audited. The IRS said I owed them $10,000. I hired Jack's Tax service to deal with it for $750. Jeanette got it reduced to $4,000, and saved me $6,000. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tax help.

These guys are awesome! They really saved us. I've been going to them for 20 years and they never let me down. Thank God we opted for the extra coverage on our 2021 taxes because the stupid IRS audit us saying we were missing documents. Wasn't the case but because of covid we ended up waiting almost 2 years to close the case. The whole time John at Jack's Tax was with us communicating with the IRS and handling business. If it wasn't for him and Jack's, we probably would have been screwed. Happy to say we just received our return from 2021 and it's all thanks to John at Jack's tax. I've been going to Judy there at Jack's tax for 20 years and she has been awesome. Always pleasant to work with and Jack's has never let me down. Can't say enough about how great they are and that's 20 years of experience with them to back it up. Thanks again John and Judy! Keep up the great work and I'll see you guys for my 2023 taxes too!

RUN! Very unprofessional. We returned to ask questions about a tax return that was just submitted a few hours prior. The general manager Jeannette Burnett right off that back was irritated. She was instantly bothered and unhappy that we had returned to ask further questions. 2 minutes in the conversation when discussing the co-dependent and dependent section out of no where she got extremely aggravated upset and no longer wanted to help us. (keep in mind we were calm and honestly only there for a few questions) her words "I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS. I CAN TELL WE HAVE A PROBLEM HERE. TAKE MY CARD WE CAN TALK ON THE PHONE SOME OTHER TIME!" She made everything very uncomfortable and it turned into a hostile situation, to say the least. This is the service the general manager provided after charging us $263 for 1 basic w2 tax return 2 hours prior. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE never have we ever witnessed anything like this Save your money and energy, you will not be satisfied. You will get ripped off.

I've been going to Jack's for years now (hi Judy!), and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are meticulous with every item, and their main concern isn't "how much cash can we get you", it's "let's make sure we do this right". They are well-organized, and take as much time as needed with you, I've never been rushed or pressed for time. They provide all your return documentation to you, perfect instructions for any next steps you may have, and they ALWAYS follow-up when needed. As long as they are around, I will forever be a customer.
