MISS. BONITA IS AMAZING I BEEN DOING MY TAXES WITH HER SINCE 2019 !!!! SHE HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST SHE LIKE FAMILY TO ME HONESTLY !!! IF YOU WANT YOUR TAXES DONE PROPERLY AND NO ISSUES WITH THE IRS DEF MISS.BONITA IS THE ONE. IVE NEVER HAD NOT ONE ISSUE WITH THE IRS BECAUSE YALL KNOW THEY WONT EVEN LEAVE U WITH A SOCK. MISS.BONITA IS AMAZING !!! WHAT I DO NOT LIKE IS HOW MISS.BONITA GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ALL HER CLIENTS BUT SOME DON’T DESERVE IT AT ALL AND SHE STILL SMILES AND CONTINUES TO BE POSITIVE !!!! Ms Bonita was excellent, even when l spilled coffee on her paper work she so very forgiving.As far as my taxes,in 30 mins or less she had me leaving much more then satisfied then l thought l would be. Through God's blessings l will see her again next year and more after that if be His Will. Thank you Ms. Bonita.

Dude unreal she talking with girl with children while trying to do my taxes so I said something and the girl got mad cause I'm trying to get my taxes done and tax prep was giving her way to much attention taking back and forth I asked her did she want me to step outside or something like I was trying to be patient but I couldn't take it no more because it was slowing her down from working on my taxes.So after I said something that's when everything calmed down the tax prep act like she was discombobulated she was all over the place was asking me about my last name when her desk was covered with my info like smfh I was lived almost lost my ID reading my info out so the girl with 3 babies can hear check this none of this crappy stuff didn't happen with the young lady that was B4 me ummm 🤔 her like wow unreal was totally a unprofessional experience in my life never again shall never go back and she had the ordasity to ask me how did she do I straight told her u didn't want me too answer that lol smdh.🤬🤬😤

The staff is very friendly. There are only 2 people working there: The receptionist and the tax preparer. Surprisingly, the tax preparer works pretty fast and it doesn't take very long for her to finish the customer's taxes. The receptionist offers all types of candy to everyone, even sugar free for diabetics. Very nice people at this location!
