I have been going to this Jackson Hewitt location for over 10 years. Unfortunately they have lost a customer. I'm not sure of the Asian lady name that works up there however her customer service sucks. She's rude and ask you very personal questions that I'm know for a fact has nothing to do with filing taxes. You ask her questions she half answer you and blow you off. I will be taking my services somewhere else
