Shawn has been a HUGE help getting our taxes figured out and answering all of our questions during the process as well as his co-worker (forgot her name). Both are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend going to this location and getting your taxes done by these professionals. :)

I had to find someone at the last minute to file my mom's taxes. They were very helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to work with me in the short amount of time I was going to be in the Madison area, as I live out of state, and was handed a mess of tax documents at the last minute from my mom. On a side note, the lady at the Monona Walmart location was also very helpful with shorting the mess of tax paper's that I was given.

I was so impressed with the service I received at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service on EastWashington Ave. Shawn Leisure was very thorough and detailed in his work. He went through step by step on what he was doing, explained everything very well and advised me on some areas I should look into. This was my first time using Jackson Hewitt and would strongly and highly recommend this tax service. LH

Let me just start off by saying the people over here at the East wash jackson Hewitt are awesome. You can walk in reassured that you’re getting the fastest and top notch tax service in the city with some comedic relief to lighten the mood. I highly recommend booking with Shawn if possible, he’s done my taxes every year since my first tax season and he’s a down to earth awesome dude, absolutely love doing business with him!!

Got a referral from a friend and she was right this place is awesome and I she told everyone how great they were. Kiran help me through everything and did an amazing job!! He was quick but did not make me feel like he rushed through it I had to come back the next day because I was missing something and when I came back I was helped by the manager and she was also awesome great personality and very good at her job! Lots of tax knowledge!! I really enjoyed talking with her probably talked more than anything else sense all I had to do was sign! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their taxes done!!!
