Customer service at this location is terrible, lady is super rude and lies about discounts and says the corporate advertising doesn’t apply to her location. Also charged over 500 dollars to do a simple 1040 form

It is a beautiful, wonderful experience for me with the service Jackson Hewitt provides. Miss. Stella and Mr. James are two awesome people. First to begin with entrance to the office smells amazing, it is so refreshing, inviting and welcoming. Miss. Stella and Mr. James are very hospitable, warm and friendly professional and accurate in her work. Scheduling time is perfect. I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt to families and friend.
