My first time experience was great! The agent, O.C., made me feel very welcomed and comfortable being there. The only problem I had was the manager on duty denied a request for a first time client discount.

This was my first time using Jackson Hewitt for my tax preparation. Debbie Emard was the preparer who did my taxes. She was very professional. She answered all of the questions that I had for her. She explained everything and broke down issues that I didn't know and were aware of. She had suggestions on raising my tax deductibles so I wouldn't have the same issues next year. Yes Debbie truly knows her profession and I must say , her helping me was a blessing and I did appreciate the knowledge that she gave me that I will indeed use to have a better tax year. Update: Had to return to compete unfinished paperwork and bring information to complete the return,it was a breeze. Debbie went over the forms with me again and made sure that i understood everything that was done and why, Debbie you rock!

Excellent service, very caring service from Ms. Maria Vasquez. I definitely will return next year to her wherever location she may be. This was my first visit to Hewitt. Atmosphere was great.
