Jade is an amazing dog trainer. I've recently done her online Developing Beautiful Behaviour Course and it has helped me to finally help my highly reactive dog. It has helped me to start to understand my dogs body language and to get my timings right, making sure she 'checks in with me' and how to keep my voice calm and soft (not easy for me!!).
