I went to them today without an appointment. I had gotten a fill at Nailfits prior to and the cat eye was applied incorrectly. You could see allll the brush strokes, dots, it was terrible. I went in and asked if it was done improperly and they were kind and didn’t want to say anything bad but did confirm it wasn’t done right. They told me they could change the polish and do cateye for 40$ and apologized about how I had to pay again. I said I appreciated them so much. The manager (and asst manager?) came over multiple times in my appointment confirming I was happy and the tech demoed a nail initially to see if I liked how she applied the cat eye. She kept checking throughout the appointment I was happy and told me to tell her I wasn’t. They were so kind and I left being so checked on. I’ll definitely go to them again!
