Long-time State Farm customer, recently switched agent to Jain and her team. Very pleased with the transition with them providing skilled and friendly services with very quick response times. Their office is blocks from my home, so they are literally "like a good neighbor".

Jain and her team are first rate (and nice people). They check in regularly to be sure we have the proper coverage. And the few unfortunate times I've used the coverage they have been great and the insurance piece was handled smoothly. Highly recommend.

Just got off the phone with the wonderful customer service from Dan Payne from State Farm. Help me get things back in order make sure I was taken care of properly. I appreciate the quick Service and knowledge about information that I needed regarding my insurance. I have been a State Farm member for some years now. I'll be here for some more.

Jain Williams representing State Farm Insurance Company in Oakland California has giving me the best car insurance experience in my 25 years of driving. My 6yrs with State Farm has provided excellent service and support . In the past , I have been offered cheaper cost from other companies which I have never even considered switching to. This is solely due to Jain and Courtney and State Farm employees consistently making me feel valued , secure and providing above and beyond assistance through a myriad of situations. I feel like family not just a paying customer .
