I’ve worked with Jake for the past 4 years, he has helped me through GCSE and A level content in numerous subjects. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to explain things in a way that helps me understand. The sessions with Jake are always motivating and encouraging which has helped me build my self belief and confidence. Thanks to Jake I got my first choice university - Loughborough!

Jake is a brilliant Maths tutor and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is thoughtful, friendly and analytical. He guided my son through all of the topics he was finding tricky until he was able to identify and work through them with ease. Jake gave our son confidence to raise his own expectations and go for the top grades. A communicative tutor, who let us know how our son was doing regularly and responsive to any questions we had. Fingers crossed for August, but whatever the outcome our son has benefitted from Jake's patience and support.

My son was tutored by Jake for almost 18 months and ended up achieving the maths grade he needed for university. Jake assessed my son early on and gave us all the options and realistic (and accurate) predictions. He was very clear about expectations and set homework every week. Jake was very knowledgeable, understanding and personable, and always reliable and punctual. Highly recommended.

Jake has tutored our 3 children over a number of years. We have always found him to be personable and professional. Our experience is positive. The children have felt supported to do their best and enjoyed his teaching style. The transition to online learning in the initial phase of the pandemic was seamless and continues to work well for us. Highly recommend.
