4.7 rating is WRONG. Two competitors ‘entities’ disguised as clients rating this company 1 stars is simply wrong. My experience with them is that they are diligent ethical professionals in their field who will have your back but you have to provide them proper paperwork to help your own case to achieve goal of minimizing tax liability which was what they did exactly with mine. Great service great people top notch!

I highly recommend accountant James Cha. I was feeling hopeless after receiving significant tax penalties and additional charges, but Mr. Cha thoroughly prepared all the necessary documents and personally appealed to the IRS on my behalf. As a result, both the additional tax and penalties were completely waived. When I first tried to appeal on my own, I was told there was no possibility of reduction, but with Mr. Cha’s help, everything was resolved almost miraculously. If you need advice or assistance with tax issues, I strongly recommend working with him.

An amazing experience, and I am incredibly satisfied with the result! I’ve been looking for an accounting firm to not only handle my taxes, but also help me set up a corporation for my own private company. Luckily for me, it did not take long for me to Find Janice Cho. Janice. as well as her staff at tax wise, were incredibly professional, and extremely helpful. They clearly took the value of my time into account when dealing with me. The entire process from start to finish took approximately 2 1/2 weeks. I paid half upfront, and half when everything was filed and prepared. Their work was efficient, effective, and prompt! I would like to once more mention the level of customer service and professionalism embodied by this company, these are attributes that seem to have been lost in this day and age. The staff at tax wise clearly has not forgotten what customer service means. I Will be utilizing them for all of my tax purposes in the future, and I recommend anyone reading this do so as well.
