Last Saturday, I went to the PAYF Wellness Day at Jamyang and what a great event it was! Very well organised and lovely welcoming staff. There were loads of different sessions to choose from which you booked at reception when you first arrived… filled up my whole day! Great cafe too, my curry and rice was delish! Highly recommend!

Attended the Wellbeing Day held on Saturday at Jamyang. Had a great experience, doing seven different activities and enjoying a lovely lunch, to boot. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and the service in the cafe was both polite and efficient, despite it being busy. I will definitely be attending the next Wellbeing event, as I left feeling relaxed and calm after the many great sessions I was able to enjoy. Highly recommend for a much needed bit of self-care!

Went to wellbeing day. Lots of sessions to try out activities, I loved the sound bath and shamanic journey. Was worth the donation. Great atmosphere and a lovely place full of peace in heart of Holbeck.

Came to an Open Day today 10-4pm. Earliest I could get there was 2pm. Found the woman on reception very unfriendly and not very welcoming. She said it was nearly finished. I said I thought it was open until 4pm. I felt unsafe leaving my car park in that area, not a nice district of leeds
