Always a family favorite! The food is amazing…friendly and fun service. Nothing ever disappoints! The entire family enjoys eating at Japanese Palace. Truly something for everyone of every age, even the pickiest of eaters. Even more special to go on Christmas Eve. Might be a new holiday tradition for our family.

My family of four arrived a little after 7:00 and went to the bar to wait for a table. After waiting about 45 minutes we were finally seated, this was Dec. 23. We waited another 45 min so they could fill the other side for the cooking table. By this time we were very hungry. I was very disappointed in the flavor of the food, the meats tasted very blah. I expected more since I have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years! Not a very memorable evening out with my family. We might need to reconsider next time.

We met here for family Christmas dinner. The food was absolutely amazing but the waitress was by far the worst service I’ve ever had. If our children wanted a drink we were required to go ask the hostess at the front. And I quote from our waitress “I don’t do drinks only food”. Not even asking for alcohol just a simple drink for the 3 children that we brought with us. I will absolutely not be back due to worse service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. When I’m spending $400 I do expect a drink order to be taken prior to food. Heck even a drink order at least once during our visit.

First time here and celebrated my birthday with some friends. The service was great as well as the food. Definitely will be back with family that comes into town.

Took my wife there for mother's day for the first time. The place was semi busy. It took only about 10 minutes for us to get seated. 5 minutes later, we placed our order, and it was about 45 to 50 minutes for one of the chefs to come to our table and start cooking our meal. Overall, it was entertaining, and their a/c works really good. Wear something warm
