We have been working with Bridget from the Brisbane store to purchase various pieces of furniture. She has been amazing with listening to our ideas, collating and suggesting different options. We could not have been happier with her and Jardan. The quality and delivery of the pieces was perfect and the minor imperfections were dealt with quickly and without drama. Highly recommend!

Arrived at the store to try the Seb chair. As the 2 male salespeople spoke to one another they didn’t once acknowledge my presence. I asked whether I could take down one of their display chairs which the sales person did however both were extremely condescending, rude and entirely pretentious. A complete Pretty Woman moment and I certainly won’t be returning.

Purchased a Valley Sofa from the Brisbane store plus various other things and the service has always been exceptional - they always make you feel important and listened to. Bridgett and Brady are great and also Juanita in Melbourne. Highly recommended.

The style and quality of Jardan furniture and homewares is exceptional. I own a lot of pieces and it’s by far my preferred designer/retailer, even more so as it’s Australian manufactured. The team at the Brisbane store are equally as exceptional. Bridget, Brodie, Nathan, Wil are always so welcoming, engaged, personable and fun. You never feel pressured and are always welcome to relax and take your time. I love visiting here. It’s a really cute, intimate showroom and so worthy of its reputation.
