They were understanding and extremely helpful in my search to find the perfect ring for my fiancé. They are exceptional when displaying various rings, styles, and diamonds, ensuring that I was well informed and purchased the right ring. The process didn’t feel rushed and they both took their time explaining the warranty information which I really appreciated. Another amazing perk of shopping with Jared is the turn around times on ring resizing and maintenance. It took them less than 2 days to resize the ring, whereas with some jewelers it can take weeks! I was very impressed with the service displayed by the entire staff. I will be sure to shop with them again in the future.
