Gave it two stars because the guy we had was great. However, the craftsmanship of the ring itself was terrible. My husband and I went in on February 14th to upgrade my ring, we chose a diamond and they said they’d have it set on a band no problem. The ring was ready in a week. (They have quick services due to bench jewelers who do all repairs/etc. in house). I was very disappointed the first time after picking up my NEW ring. It had so many soldering imperfections and looked scuffed all over. The setting itself was so bulky and made the diamond look like a cheapy vending machine ring. I was upset and talked with the manager about my concerns. She assured me that these issues would be fixed and that the setting would be less bulky and they would reorder another setting. A week later the ring was ready again. SAME ISSUE. It was still so bulky, set super high. And STILL so many soldering imperfections. Just looked cheap and fake. I realized they were trying to get me to like this bulkier setting because of their lifetime warranty and trying to avoid having to ever replace this diamond after several times of them telling me “it’s just because it’s a bigger diamond” or “you just have to get used to the setting of a bigger diamond”. I gave them one more chance only because the guy who originally helped us was there the 2nd time and I had confidence in him. However, when he sent me pictures of the new settings he ordered they looked like the SAME EXACT setting they had removed from my ring. I went back and got a full refund the next day and went back to Reeds to upgrade my ring instead. We ordered the diamond and band that I loved all together and had it sent off to be done. No issues with getting the setting that I wanted without being convinced that I needed a V prong on my pear shaped diamond. Reeds did exactly what I asked and did a classy timeless setting without arguing about the protection of the diamond. AND we have a lifetime warranty on it. I loved the service we received from Manny. However, the quality and craftsmanship of their products lack.

It's always an amazing experience here at Jared's. I've been dealing with Sam for the last year and he makes me feel like his only customer. I've brought in pieces that I have not purchased here but he's more than happy to offer to clean them and keep them looking their best. Always fair on pricing and have always enjoyed our banter while doing business. If you ever need anything ask for Sam while you're here you won't be disappointed
