Me and a few friends were looking for a good food truck to support.. and jaykusteaux did NOT disappoint!!! The best pasta I’ve ever had salmon,shrimp, lamb and all. We all really enjoyed our food and the time we spent there.

This review might feel premature since I've only had the red beans and rice in the boudin But this isn't just good for Texas, this is just g great boudin, period. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of their menu.
