Outstanding service! Detailed quote provided with all options for my consideration. Stef was knowledgeable and accommodating. Really showed his experience , did not rush through anything and was very professional. Happily answered my questions and explained -in detail- what was going to be done, described the materials to be used and pleasant staff to deal with. Work done as and when promised. Installers were equally good, clean up was excellent. Installer Patrick was very good to deal with and demonstrated pride in his work.

We had a leak in our roof in mid October, 2025. By the time the Insurance company gave us the go ahead to repair the roof it was the beginning of December and there had already been a light dusting of snow and temperatures hovering near minus 15 to 20. We decided to completely re-shingle the entire roof and looked for quotes from a variety of recommended AARA roofing companies. There was a huge concern that if the roof could not be completed before the real cold of winter the repair may need to wait till spring of 2026. Recognizing there was a small, mild-temperature window, Jayson Global expedited completion of the quote. They committed to completing the job before the temperatures dropped. The quote was thorough, detailed and the price of the job well within the expectations we had to have the job completes ASAP. From sales to the staff in admin and ultimately the roofing crew, I was very impressed with the corporate flexibility to adjust their jobs in order to complete the work on a mild weather weekend at the end of November. It took a total of 10 days from quote to install to receiving the final invoice, a feat of speed at anytime of the year but remarkable considering the the time of year and our need to finish the roof quickly in order for the insurance company to commence the remainder of the repairs that resulted from the leak. Jayson Global also took photos of the work as they went through the removal of the old roofing materials, to the prep and install of the new shingles. The photos highlighted where the previous shingles had failed and detailed all the work that was completed to ensure the leak was eliminated. I appreciated the understanding of everyone I dealt with at Jayson Global and the efforts they took to ensure our needs were met to complete the roof as quickly and expertly as possible.

We had such a wonderful experience with Jayson Global Roofing! From the very beginning, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Their pricing was very fair, and the service was truly top-notch. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. We were kept informed every step of the way—from when the materials would be delivered to exactly when the crew would arrive. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The crew showed up right on time at 7:30 a.m. and wrapped everything up by 5 p.m.!! They were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. I was also impressed with how clean everything was afterward—no mess left behind at all! If you’re looking for high-quality roofing work at a good price, backed by great communication and reliable service, I highly recommend Jayson Global Roofing. I do not recommend them for a house Roofing work. They are a big name, but unfortunately, they gave the work to random people to execute. The result is low work quality. I'm giving them 2 stars because they came to try to fix theit but no pictures were provided to prove it, although I asked for them. I was very clear in the beginning that I didn't want random people to do my roofing, and I wanted their professional roofers, and they confirmed that. What happened after is that they sent a couple of people with little to no experience and as a result they did the underlayment in a wrong way. I feel played as I paid $1500 more to them because they are a big company as I got multiple offers cheaper from small companies. The other thing is their salesman told me that the reason why their price is high is that they'll extend the shingles to my neighbors side by 2 ft to ensure no leak. They did not and then claimed that their salesman is not experienced in the execution. I sold the house after doing the work, and I don't know if it started leaking.

All round good experience with this company. Have already highly recommended to friends and family. Responsive and fair between initial inquiry and negotiation of contract. Shingle replacement work done in rural Alberta within a short time frame. Extremely impressed with installers. Quality product and quality workmanship. Friendly and very personable office staff. Offer convenient alternatives to make payment. Great people to work with.
