Joe was extremely accommodating and got us in at the very last minute at the end of his day, which we truly appreciated. He was honest and fair in his evaluation of our vehicle and took the time to explain everything clearly. Great experience—highly recommend this shop!

One of your service trucks with a Honda hatchback on a trailer and tried to drive thru buisness alley and a small gap between a $50000 porche and a 60 year old car on a trailer and hit the wood chalks holding the trailer instead of waiting 10 seconds for us to move. It was very unprofessional and could have cause a lot more damage then they did please assess your drivers so this doesn't happen again. Edit in reply to the owner the same logo on your building was the same logo on the side of the truck he was passing through a business ally off of west columbus and jewett.

We were towing a utility trailer with a 2018 Ford Expedition at midnight on route 58 to travel out of state. Right before we hit the Murray Family Farm exit (which was the last exit before the incline), all of a sudden, the 'Check Engine' light was flashing, the Ford was smelling like gas, and I can feel the engine misfiring. I brought extra serpentine belts, spark plugs, tire plugs, etc. for our road trip, but I did not anticipate the engine misfiring this severely. We stayed overnight at Murray Family Farm, and we had reception in the area (thank god). We called several auto shops, and JB Auto was the only mechanic that was responsive. Driving our Ford was scary and could've caught on fire, but thankfully we made it to JB Auto. The dad (mechanic) was teaching me and walking me through the process on how to diagnose my car. Our fuel injectors and fuel pump were essentially the issues. I am a novice DIYer, so thankfully, I was at least knowledgeable enough to follow along. And here's what I'll say: I've learned more about diagnosing my car from the dad than any YouTube video ever could. Observing this guy in action, it was a humbling experience to witness somebody calibers ahead of you in expertise and experience while being at their complete mercy and having the dad working directly with the engine components - all while teaching me the anatomy of my car engine. Because he had a backlog, we understood that our car wasn't going to be complete the same day. We were commuting from Fresno, and I am incredibly grateful that in our situation, the dad was willing to hold my hand through the diagnostics and willing to let me observe him conduct work. Anybody could have easily taken advantage of us. It was an expensive lesson learned for me, but it was damn worth every penny to meet the dad. Being a mechanic is becoming increasingly challenging on many fronts, and adding on to that, it is difficult these days to find people who truly care about their craftsmanship and customer service while also being a teacher. So thank you JB Auto for your service when we were in dire need. It could have been a lot worse. Leaving a review like this is the least we can do.

Took my company van there for oil maintenance service and got the job done in a timely manner. Took my sons vehicle there and had a problems with the steering /suspension. This shop fixed another shop's mistake. This shop is thorough, they will diagnose it they will tell you what's wrong with and they tell you how they fixed it. I'm a happy customer. You won't go wrong with this shop. You pay what you get .You want your car fix bring it here. He's very knowledgeable. My buddy recommended this place I am very pleased. This will be my new mechanic. I highly recommend 5 stars!!! Pay for the experience and not cheap work. You don't find too many shops like this. Im a Happy camper. Im pleased with the work. Thank you Joe👍🤛🤝👌

I cannot say enough good things about this mechanic. Our truck started making some really concerning knocking sounds just before Bakersfield and we thought we were going to be SOL on a Sunday. I wish we had found him sooner instead of wasting money and time at Pep boys…anyways. He was so incredibly nice, accommodating, quick, and fair priced. What we were told by Pep Boys was going to require an engine rebuild, this shop was able to fix with a few hundred bucks and 15 minutes. Excellent service and would 100% trust him any time I’m in the area and am needing some help.
