Both gentlemen who came out, the first to diagnose the problem and the second to fix it, were prompt, efficient and did a great job, and were very pleasant with it. I am very satisfied with the work and I will certainly call on JB7 again if I need plumbing work carried out.

My old central heating system had died. After receiving a diagnostic check from Dan it was found we needed.a new 3 way port valve. We also had issues bleeding a rad and the thermostat was temperamental so these were replaced too. Excellent service from start to finish.

JB Plumbing and Heating replaced all our outdoor drainage pipes and we are very pleased with the outcome. The engineer was very personable and planned the work so that the amount of time we were without water was minimised. We were very specific about when we wanted the job carried out and JB Plumbing rescheduled another job so they could meet our requirement. Very pleased with the outcome and all old piping was taken away and area cleared. Would recommend.
