Was in need of emergency service on my furnace, due to the storm that's coming. They were able to fit me in with no problems, and get it serviced within a very quick time frame. I'm extremely impressed with how knowledgeable Josh and Todd were. Great crew over there. Will be coming to them for now on!
let me say this I meant Leo back in September after the big storm in Sanger my RV was severely damaged and this man came and inspected it immediately and offered to assist with dealing with the insurance but the first thing he said was are you OK my camper had massive repairs that were needed and this man systematically knew how to repair everything. If you’re like me, who’s not a hands-on person this company is very honest and legitimate. Every time I had a question I need a guidance and decision-making. Leo was there even if he wasn’t available. His assistant Todd will respond within one to two hours of every message I sent .The cost is very.reasonable And I promise you will feel like you’re being treated like family. I highly recommend this all American local business because the people are running it genuinely care about their customers and regardless of they’re busy they always make time for you.
Leo came out the same day and was able to give me an estimate on my faulty propane heater and got started troubleshooting the next day. He was very professional and communicative about what was going and was able to meet the tight deadline I gave. He also was able to help me with other last minute fixes I had around the RV such as a leak in the front and prepping my propane tanks for winter up north. I’d recommend him to anyone that needed RV repairs.
After months of trying to get others to come repair our rv or coming out and then never returning to finish the job JB RV came the next day and gave an estimate and returned quickly and got the job done. Definitely will use them again. Finally an honest hard working respectable company that’s hard to find these days.
What a joy it was to work with Leo, the owner of JBRV. Initial interactions with the company were very professional, including a complete itemized estimate of the proposed work. It was immediately clear this was not a “Chuck in a Truck” operation. Leo came to us and replaced our RV’s house batteries, including a complete and careful clean out of the battery compartment. He also gave us advice on how best to proceed with some other issues. Leo is a straight shooter and obviously takes pride in his work. We will definitely use JBRV again if we need RV service and wholeheartedly recommend them.
