I am happy to write a review on JC Auto. We have been bringing our vehicles here for a few years. My stepson has had good experiences with his cars and we have been pleased with them on our cars and also our van. Professional, honest and they do what they say! It’s so good to find a reputable business!
I just wanted to give a shoutout for the honesty, integrity and great service JC Auto provides. I went in for an oil change and check my truck for any services needed and they told me my vehicle is running great and didn’t need anything else after inspection. It is hard as a non car educated person of course to trust certain auto shops not giving honest quotes, pricing and services to unsuspecting people. JC Auto does none of this trickery, if they say you need something… you need it. I dropped my truck off at 7:30am and went back to pick it up and home by 9am! The staff at JC auto are nice and honest people, thank you guys again!
I brought my son's 2007 Chevrolet Silverado classic 1500 in for stalling problems. I brought it in at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning and by 2:00 in the afternoon I was able to pick it up. It had a couple of issues that were quickly diagnosed and repaired. The truck runs perfectly now thanks to the professional and knowledgeable mechanics. That is the fastest I've ever had a vehicle serviced and serviced accurately out of any other location I have visited especially since moving out of the area. I love the fact that they call you up promptly to give you the update and the projected cost of the vehicle repairs and let you know what the status is regarding the issues that were found and the course of action needing to be taken . J.C. Auto has been and still is the most consistent and professional place to bring your vehicle for service and repair. What's even more wonderful is the vehicle doesn't leave the shop with handprints on the hood on the doors or on the interior. They take good care of the vehicle mechanically as well as physically and it's nice to have that confident feeling of knowing that you will have a vehicle that's properly diagnosed and repaired. Peace of mind!

Driving back from Treasure Island the lovely toll collector noticed smoke coming from my tire. I pulled in and she phoned JC to let them know I would be stopping by to have them check. Friday afternoon of a long weekend! Stopped in. Diagnosed that the one break had ceased and they needed to be replaced. Completed the break job in a short period of time and got me safely back on the road before closing so I could complete my 2 hour drive home in time for my weekend plans. Mike at the desk coordinated everything and the team looked after me. Excellent service! A big thank you to all! Did I mention it was the Friday afternoon of a long weekend!!!
