I had an excellent experience with JC Electrical Services, and especially with Jeremy. What started as troubleshooting a garage door and a light that weren’t working turned into a much more thorough (and much appreciated) service. Jeremy quickly identified not only the original issues, but also discovered a bad breaker, a live wire in the backyard, and a poorly wired light from previous work. He addressed everything safely and professionally. Jeremy was outstanding at investigation and problem-solving. His communication was clear from start to finish, he arrived right on time, and JC Electrical Services was even able to move my appointment sooner, which I really appreciated. I also loved that Jeremy was happy to let me watch and learn — he explained what he was doing and why in a way that was easy to understand. On top of fixing the immediate problems, he offered helpful guidance for my older home, including recommendations around GFCI outlets, especially near water sources like the kitchen and bathroom. It felt like he genuinely cared about the long-term safety of me and my house, not just the quick fix. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. I wouldn’t hesitate to use JC Electrical Services again and would absolutely recommend Jeremy to anyone needing electrical work.

Jeremy was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful in diagnosing my issues and explaining the various option. Can't wait for the work to begin. **Update -work has been completed. Jeremy did an outstanding job. Everything is clean, working, wires labeled and organized, and the panel itself has labels so I know what handles what. Great job and very happy!
