Jerry, Kim and Carla are absolutely amazing people , with great customer service skills. My first time walking in meeting Jerry I was treated like we were old friends who knew us for years. Having met Kim on another occasion she was a familiar beautiful face that both my wife and I enjoy seeing whenever we can. And Carla also treated us and our children very well and was super helpful. On a business side , they were all very patient, polite and took the time to explain and show us many beautiful pieces which ultimately helped us make an informed comfortable decision. Even walked us outside to get the true experience of the pieces in the sunlight . Hands down the best jewelry store experience I have experienced and the best jewelry shop I’ve been to. This experience has made me a forever customer Jerry is super easy to work with , not pushy or overly aggressive. High quality workmanship, very helpful with educating buyer, fair prices, the best customer service, and the owner and employees make it a pleasure to buy jewlery from JC Jewlers. I came to JC Jewlers looking for a mens ring because I had lost mine on a trip. They had an array of beautiful rings. But I just wanted something simple. Mr. Rodriguez showed me some mens rings in white gold, beautiful diamond, and setting. I am very simple and loved it. I sent some pictures to my wife and she love it. There was no pressure to buy it right away from JC Jewelers. That is the reason I enjoy going to this business. I might see something I like for myself, someone in my family, or as a gift but there is no push to sell right away. I always like the opportunity to go in and look at their array of merchandise.
