I was recommended to come here for body shop work from Fernandez Honda after one of my taillights stopped working after it hit by a foreign object while driving on the highway. I’m glad I came! Marcos was extremely helpful in giving me price estimates over the phone and they were available for me to come in immediately for an evaluation. I did not go through insurance to get my taillight replaced and Marcos showed me all the buying options for taillight replacement (OEM vs aftermarket). He let me choose which option suited my budget the best. He offered me an extremely reasonable price on labor fees and estimated it’ll take about 20-30 min to replace after the part comes in. The next day he called me and said the part was ready and to come in anytime to get it replaced. When I got to the body shop I waited only 10 minutes and the job was done! I’m extremely happy with the service I have received from Marcos and his team !

Very professional staff/technicians! Especially Marcos Magallanes who updated me on a daily basis on the status of my vehicle. They repaired my Toyota Highlander and upon completion, it looked like new. Above and beyond - They delivered my SUV cleaner than when I dropped it, inside and outside. The price was very fair. J.D. Collision Express lived up to their name! Had a hit n run the morning of Early Voting and zero witnesses. Luckily, our insurance handled most of the expenses with little out of pocket and JD was one of their network shops with some of the higher ratings. We went with them and so glad we did. Not only was the customer service top notch, so was the time it took for completion. They estimated about two weeks but to my surprise it took less than ONE! Everything turned out great and the fact they offer a lifetime warranty on repairs is unreal! Makes us feel confident about the work.
