Unfortunately, I'm extremely disappointed. I recently took my OculoS 3 to get a reset, I paid $100, and when I got home to create a new account, it turns out they hadn't done anything. They were exactly the same as when I brought them in. Honestly, I'm never going back to this place. They don't even deserve one star.

March 2024 - My PS5 was shutting off when playing PS5 games like Spiderman 2. I took it to JDEmpire on my lunch break and they fixed it the same day. I’m now able to play for hours with no issue. I even managed to finish Spiderman 2’s New Game+ in one sitting from where I left off. Very happy. 4/3/26 - I ended up having the same issue 2 years later. Overheating and would just shut off the PS5 until I unplugged. I took my PS5 here again and they were able to clean it and fix the issue the same day. Literally 5hrs after dropping it off. They are great.

I loved the results with my Xbox; before I brought it here, it used to overheat a lot, but now it doesn't get nearly as hot as it did before. Plus, the customer service was excellent.

I took this in on Saturday with a failing SSD which is attached to the motherboard. JDEmpire Electronics was able to replace the motherboard for not only less than a new PS5 but what it would have cost me to buy a motherboard and do it myself. As a computer tech I could have done this myself but why pay more and still have to do the labor when they can do it for less? Also uBreakiFix was not even close in comparison. uBreakiFix wanted to charge to diagnose (JDEmpire did this for free) and said I would be better off buying a new PS5. I picked my repaired system up today it looks a lot cleaner (mine had dust from being stored for a couple of years) and it works perfect. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you JFEmpire!
