I reached out to JDEMPIRE Electronics because my PS5 HDMI port wasn’t working and the console was overheating and shutting off mid-game. I brought it in, and they replaced the HDMI port and did a complimentary thermal repaste, all within 2 hours. I’ve been using my PS5 3–5+ hours a day for the past week with zero issues since. I thought the best solution was to ship my PS5 to Sony. Wait for them to diagnose along with shipping times. Also, wasn't sure if my son would get it back before Christmas. My Son had broke the hdmi port in the back of his Xbox, I found Jdempire online and when I arrived they were very accommodating. I told them I just wanted to replace the hdmi port but they also cleaned the inside of the system which was very dusty. I also had them put on this dead pool skin as they gave me a discount for using their services. I’m very satisfied with the results they were able to fix the problem in just a couple short hours and the systems works to perfection. I’ll definitely be bringing my ps5 for a deep clean and I highly recommend them. I was originally going to use ubreakifix but they were extremely over priced and told me it wld take me a couple days so I chose jdempire and I’d choose them again as they are affordable and very efficient.
