This was my first visit there and they were extremely excellent professional real good customer service beyond that I've ever seen and other places by a long shot. I would really extremely recommend this place for your pet get the nails done anal glands trimming bath whatever the pet needs they'll do it very professional.

My puppy is super nervous about getting groomed and I'm nervous about leaving him with anyone. Our experience with Jayme at Jeannie's grooming was top notch. They communicated with us the whole time. Kept my sweet boy comfortable and did not groom him until they gained his trust. Her level of customer service was astounding and refreshing. Listen up all my fuzzy friend Mom's and Dad's...this Pet Palace is AMAZING!! Lots of Love and professionalism goes into your babies here. CHRISTINA always does my Bunkers, and she is wonderful! Cut..clip..bath and dry, my kitty leaves there feeling so special not one peep on the ride home! Now she struts around the house in front of the other cats feeling beautiful!
