I called Jeff after my initial arrest, and heard back from him within an hour. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. The law required a mandatory minimum period of incarceration. Jeff Dean worked it out so I did not have to do that. This was not only a good outcome but it was a rare outcome. Jeff informed the judge of her legal authority to do this and the judge agreed.
