JCE puts you first—always—and if something isn’t right, they will make it exactly the way you want it. They are with you every step of the way, through thick and thin. My team of planners started with me when I had almost no concrete ideas and stayed with me all the way to the last song…and even getting wine out of my wedding dress. They are a full-service team who quickly begin to feel like family. Communication is quick, kind, and incredibly helpful. You can tell that the entire JCE team wants everything to be exactly as it should be. During wedding week, my planner, Sara, and I were completely ready to rock and roll, and on the day-of she had every single detail handled. My only job was to be the bride, and Sara and her team took care of everything in sight—right down to having a drink ready for me the moment I walked in. They checked in not only on me, but also on my husband, my bridal party, my family, and even our other vendors. They truly are a super-team, and they made the day absolutely wonderful. I honestly wanted to take them all home with me! There are not enough words to describe how phenomenal the JCE team is. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will make your day stress-free, fun, seamless, and filled with support—as well as someone who becomes your personal cheerleader—this is the team you’re looking for. Jenna Culley Events truly made our wedding day unforgettable. From our very first meeting all the way through to the end of our reception, their team made everything feel effortless and seamless. Katie was amazing. She helped us bring our vision to life even when we weren’t quite sure what that vision was at first. With her guidance and creativity, she helped us narrow down ideas and finally see what our reception would look like. The morning of our reception, we had a few last-minute changes that needed to be made. With just one message to Sara, everything was handled immediately. Her calm, professional, and reassuring response helped ease our nerves and reminded us we were in the best hands possible. They also made sure we got to see our space before guests arrived, which was such a special moment for us. The entire night flowed perfectly thanks to their attention to detail and behind-the-scenes coordination. They were always present when needed, but never intrusive, it truly felt like magic how smoothly everything ran. As a lesbian couple, it was incredibly important to us to work with a team that was affirming and inclusive. We never once felt uncomfortable. Their warmth and respect made us feel completely at ease and celebrated for who we are. When my wife and I reflect on our wedding, we’ve often talked about whether we’d hire a planner again, especially at this price point. While we did meet with other planners who were less expensive, we can say without a shadow of a doubt that Jenna Culley Events was worth every penny and more. The peace of mind, calm, and care they provided are truly priceless. If we ever plan another event, we wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to hire Jenna Culley Events again. They went above and beyond in every way, and we are endlessly grateful for the incredible memories they helped create.
Going with Jenna Culley Events to plan our wedding was the best decision we made! We were paired with Heidi, and her vast knowledge of weddings and the planning process was invaluable. We went with a close to full-scale planning package and we started planning in September 2023 for our June 2024 wedding. We had a fusion Hindu-Christian wedding and we wanted it to be all in one day. While I found most of the vendors, Heidi coordinated with all of them and provided amazing insight along the way as to how best to incorporate both of our cultures into one beautiful event. We had regular meetings with Heidi, and she sat in on our vendor meetings as well! We also used JCE’s sister company, Linen Effects, for all of our event design and decor and it everything came together in the most spectacular way! Jenna herself helped us build the perfect aesthetic for our wedding and we could not have been happier. One of the coolest things they have in their inventory is this 8x8’ gold square structure that we used as a mandap for the Hindu ceremony, and then they were able to convert it into an altar for the Christian ceremony! We had vibrant colors and I was worried about it looking gaudy or overdone, but all the elements were balanced so tastefully and we were in awe. They also made sure they worked within our budget, which was very appreciated. The day-of coordination was impressive and flawlessly executed and resulted in the most perfect wedding day for us. ❤️ We cannot recommend Jenna Culley Events enough!
Jenna and her team went above and beyond our expectations, not only on our actual wedding day in June 2025, but throughout the entire planning process. We were fortunate to work with many of the staff, including Heidi, Erin, Breeyen, and of course, Jenna. I truly cannot recommend Jenna Culley Events enough! Jenna surrounds herself with the most talented people and the best vendors in Minneapolis, and every single one of her suggestions exceeded our expectations. The team’s dedication, creativity, and attention to detail brought our dream to life in a way we could never have imagined. As out-of-towners, my husband and I never felt stressed during the planning process because Jenna and her team had everything under control. With a guest count of over 350, it was so important to stay organized and on top of all the moving pieces and the JCE team ensured we stayed on track every step of the way. They were always available to talk through the process and find solutions that worked best for us. I still look at our photos daily, in awe of how they took my Pinterest boards and transformed them into something even better than I imagined. Thank you, Jenna and team, for creating the wedding day of our dreams, an experience we will cherish forever!
We hired Jenna and her team for our July 2024 wedding. As an career event planner myself, I had a clear vision of the day and high expectations for what our wedding planners would provide. Jenna and her team exceeded these exceptions and truly helped make our dream wedding come together. From our first call, I felt like Jenna understood us and was just such a fun and kind person to work with. Liz, our lead planner, was amazing as well and took care of so much for us. They made every meeting fun, were quick to pivot when we needed, and never said no to an idea I had, even if it was something they hadn't previous done. They helped us determine the perfect venue for us and then connected us with all of our other amazing vendors, they really know the best of the best in the industry. JCE's talent really showed in the design process, and it was so incredible to see them turn my huge Pinterest board into reality on our wedding day. They made sure my husband I were solely focused on enjoying the wedding day, and handled everything else for us. I need to also shoutout Leah, another Lead Planner, who supported us day-of and not only crouched behind me in photos holding my train to protect my dress from the rain, but also sewed on my bustle when one loop was missing. I would recommend them over and over again - love you, JCE team
