I planned my entire wedding in four weeks (yes, four), and somehow almost everything went right. One of the biggest reasons? Jennifer. After hours of research, countless reviews, narrowing down my list, and sending out carefully crafted messages (plus a little “spray and pray” energy), Jennifer was my number one choice. And somehow—she was available on my date. One of many glimmers that made the day feel magical. I had a daytime wedding, which meant a 4:00 AM start time. Jennifer had to travel from her location to Watch Hill Inn in Westerly, RI—and she showed up right at 6:00 AM,happy, calm, and completely ready to go. No stress. No rushing. Just positive energy and professionalism from the moment she walked in. She was incredibly kind, collaborative, and thoughtful—helping choose the best lighting, the best setup, and the best look for each of us. She worked seamlessly with the hair stylist and genuinely made the entire morning easier and more enjoyable. Beyond her talent, she is simply wonderful to be around. And the makeup? Flawless. Yes, my makeup was stunning—but what truly blew me away was what she did for my mom and sister. My mom looked absolutely radiant—like I’ve never seen her before. On one of the most important days of both of our lives, Jennifer made her shine. Guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful she looked. Jennifer knew exactly what colors worked for her and executed everything perfectly. My sister looked stunning. My best friend looked stunning. Every single person Jennifer worked on looked like the best version of themselves. And then—the cherry on top… As Jennifer was getting ready to leave, my (now) husband realized he had a few marks on his face and asked if she could touch him up so he’d look perfect for me. Without hesitation, Jennifer stopped, pulled her kit back out, and took care of him. That alone tells you everything you need to know about her character. Look at the photos—they don’t lie. Jennifer went above and beyond in every way. Yes, I recommend her. Yes, you should hire her for every event. Yes, she should be at the very top of your makeup vendor wish list. I said “I do” to makeup by Jennifer—and you should too. Wishing every bride who reads this a dream wedding and a happily ever after with the love of their life. And one last note: if you’re not 100% sure about the person you’re marrying… wait. The right one is worth it. Never settle. One year with the right person is worth a lifetime the other way around. Working with Jennifer for my wedding was one of the best vendor decisions I made. She was extremely communicative, friendly, and worked with me and my girls on the looks we were going for. She especially made it an enjoyable experience for having to wake up at 5am to get glammed up! Jennifer was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of my wedding! She was so easy to work with. From the day I inquired about having my makeup done for my engagement photos, up until the day of my wedding she responded quickly, was organized, and gave us Step by step tips on how to prepare and what to expect. She nailed exactly how my girls and I wanted to look! I have never felt more beautiful, truly felt like a Disney princess.
