The wigs looked picked over. Should require masks. More assistance on the aisles. April 20, 2026. I bought a wig Told the wig assistant which one I wanted and I was given the shorter version of the long wig. I Brought it back today; didn’t wear it ; same packaging with the receipt. I just simply was handed the wrong wig and I didn’t notice it . I will not be back, I will find another wig shop, I noticed wigs can be tried on and styled in this location on Mansfield highway but can’t be returned or exchanged. I didn’t ask for money back just wanted to get the right wig,

First time shopping at this location in years, and I won’t return. You walk in, no one greets you, you’re shopping around, no one offers assistance, check out, no one says thanks have a great day. Just all around not a good shopping experience. DFW has too many beauty supply stores for this to be what is offered to customers. Do better and value your customer.
