The little girl sitting there are rude they act like they don't really want to work there in the front they don't want to assist the client when they ask the question very short with you very very rude and the music has too much cussing in it

This store has these young kids that are rude and disrespectful. I tried talking to a supervisor regarding a return and she wasn't helpful at all. I don't recommend anyone to go there unless you want to experience the same thing that I did. I'm going to call corporate and make a complaint as well.

I am utterly appalled by my visit to Ginny’s Beauty Supply on Gannon Lane in Dallas. After church one Sunday, my 74-year-old mother and I walked in and were horrified by the explicit, vulgar lyrics blasting over the intercom. The artist was singing lines that graphically described sexual acts—words so explicit that it made me, my mother, and several children in the store deeply uncomfortable. As a senior citizen, my mother was exposed to something shocking, and as an educator, I was deeply disturbed. What’s worse, when you go to the northern part of Dallas, where there is a predominantly white demographic, you never experience this kind of vulgarity. But in Black and Brown communities, this is the kind of music that is pushed into our spaces. The young Black girls standing at the front of the store looked helpless—no one seemed to care. I remember a time when gospel music filled stores on Sundays, a time when decency was valued. Now, we’re forced to endure explicit lyrics from artists like Lil' Kim and others—even on a Sunday, when it should be a day of respect. I demand immediate action—this kind of content has no place in a family shopping environment, especially on a Sunday. Fix this immediately. More Reviews to come

Went to exchange some hair I purchased a couple days ago and was told I needed a receipt which is not true then had to drive all the way back home and back and got A refund instead. Went to check out and every single cashier had an attitude. I asked who was available and they looked at me like I was speaking foreign language. Seems like they didn’t want be at work. Worse customer service experience ever.
