I have been training with Jeremy Scott since Covid now! I always say best thing about Covid was finding him. Throughout these years I have slipped a time or two but always come back and his workouts and podcasts will keep you going and motivated! I have gained a ton of muscle and lost some pounds! Just wrapped up the Old Man Shredded Program! What a fun program that really challenged me from start to finish. I improved a ton, in main areas. If you're looking to get shredded, drop weight, build muscle, and do it in 10 weeks, this program is worth your time! Can’t wait to continue with the Old Man sequels
