The manager-owner is the least friendly business owner I have ever met. Message to you, the manager-owner: you do not treat your customers with respect or gratitude. People work hard for their money and when they come into your store to make purchases, they are trying to support local businesses. But people like you actually make it hard to want to come back. Even long term customers get treated with disrespect. You do not honor what your receipts say and come across very rude. I don't know if you have personal issues going on or are burned out, but this is when you consider someone else dealing with customers. You are pushing away good, honest, hard working people and will continue to lose customers and therefore money...which is what keeps you open.

What a great place! They’ve got everything! They also put up these cute little hand made information posters to explain the difference between products. There’s lots of charming personality sprinkled throughout the store. The staff was wonderful. Easy to talk to and truly love what they do. I really enjoyed our time there and the high quality products we purchased.

Aisle after aisle after aisle of art supplies. Dotted with a few pieces of art. The picture of Bono really sent me soooo great. And I don't know who's throwing down the music, but it was really a great mix of classics. I've never heard any store play Talking Heads. You can order things online or you can come here and touch them and feel them and hold them. Which of course is a much better buying experience. Or it is for me. I have also been looking for an odd size frame and could not believe I found it there. The young lady that helped me was super great. The young man at the register was also very nice and of course that cat will have me coming back on a regular basis LOL. I just looked at her and held my hand out. She snipped it and then she threw herself down on the counter and rolled over. I think I'm in love lol. I jokingly said I'd be back if nothing else for the cat and the young man at the counter said she's usually here on the weekends and I laughed and said you mean she has the schedule? To which she responded there are actually people who come in to see the cat. I can see how easy that is to believe. But that aside, I can hardly wait to go back. There's a hundred things I saw that I wanted to buy. PS don't forget to poke your nose in on the clearance section and look for items on sale. If you join the VIP group you'll also get discounts. Paint me happy 😊

I absolutely love this place! They have an amazing selection of art materials, a very friendly and helpful staff and it’s impossible to walk in and not feel absolutely inspired! One of the many things that I love about that store is the Art displayed on all the walls. They have art displayed as a tribute to Jerry and art displayed by various local artist. All of the artwork is displayed and very neat and classy way. It is well organized and displayed with a purpose and not just thrown up on the walls. I was very impressed with the layout of the store and how well organized everything is. It was easy to find everything I was looking for and was very happy with the staff and the knowledge they have. There are many art supplies that I have used before, many art supplies I have seen before and many art supplies I haven’t used before. I asked the staff about many different products that I haven’t used before. They not only took the time to explain everything to me, they were patient, kind, welcoming and were more than generous with their time. They shared so much with me about so many items in the store. I was very impressed with the very wide selection of Montana spray paints. The cans were organized neatly, also organized by color and by type. They also have a great selection of caps and again, their knowledge is second to none. They have everything you need from sketching pens and pencils, acrylic paints, spray paints and pens and a wider selection of mediums. They staff has a clear connection to the local art scene, they have a relationship with local artist and relationships with the local community. LOVE THIS PLACE!
