This was my first time visiting Jerry’s Truck & Auto Shop, and the customer service immediately stood out. I dropped off my Chevy today for service, and Jerry personally came over to greet me while I was waiting outside before opening. The clerk inside (I think his wife) was very courteous and welcoming as well. They made it feel professional and inviting from the start. I’ll post an updated review after they finish servicing my Chevy.

Got my car towed around 12 noon Friday & they replaced the starter by 5pm. Great service & they go out of their way to help customers!

We were visiting from Mexico and, unfortunately, on our way back home we had the misfortune of filling up our car with contaminated Chevron gasoline. Best in Laredo hands down. Want something done right with out worrying, bring it here. I trust Jerry and his crew more than the dealerships. I’ve taken all my vehicles with him and have referred many friends, and they always do an outstanding job can’t recommend them enough!
